Community Agreements & Code of Conduct

The School of Remembrance is a sacred learning container. We are in relationship with one another, with the plants, with spirit, and with the lineages that guide this work. To protect the integrity of this space, we ask all students to move with respect, self-awareness, and accountability.

Respect & Safety in Virtual Spaces
The following behaviors are not permitted:
1.) Sending or posting discriminatory, harassing, or threatening messages or images
2.) Defaming, slandering, or speaking harmfully about others
3.) Harassment based on identity (race, religion, gender, sexuality, age, ability, etc.)
4.) Any behavior that disrupts the safety and dignity of the group

Protection of Teachings & Intellectual Property
1.) Recording (audio or video) of live or pre-recorded classes is strictly prohibited
2.) Sharing or distributing class content outside of the School is not permitted
3.) Violation results in immediate removal from the program and community spaces

Presence & Participation
1.) Follow guidance of teachers and facilitators
2.) Remain muted when requested
3.) Engage in ways that support the learning environment
4. Use chat and discussion spaces with care and intention

Balanced Participation & Energetic Awareness
1.) Avoid excessive posting or dominating shared spaces
2.) No spamming, excessive emoji use, or off-topic commentary
3.) No personal promotion or advertising within community spaces

Boundaries Around Sharing
1.) Be mindful of oversharing personal or sensitive information
2.) Trauma dumping or emotional flooding is not appropriate
3.) Seek 1:1 or appropriate support spaces for deeper processing

Accountability & Community Care
1.) Violations may result in probation or removal from the program
2.) Accounts created under false names or emails will be removed
